- Must be graduate of Construction related course
- Experience is a plus but not required
- Computer Literate
- Proficient in Math
- Can estimate materials in projects based on given plans
- Can create, read, visualize and understand plans and drawings

Preferred Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, material and cost estimating.
